TRUMPF Trumabend V3200
The customer is using the Trumpf Trumabend V3200 model produced by TRUMPF in Germany
The 320 ton 4420mm bending machine is equipped with a TASC 6000 system customized for TRUMPF, which is too old, prone to frequent malfunctions, and has high maintenance costs. Our technicians finally detected a motherboard fault. Although we repaired the computer and the machine can be used normally, we provided the customer with a modification plan to solve the aging of electrical components and update the drive unit. After communicating with the customer, the customer decided to replace the DELEM DA-66T CNC system with a new one. The whole machine was renovated and the entire electrical cabinet was reorganized, with X/R1/R2/Z1/Z2 axes replaced, and the follow-up material support device repaired. After the upgrade of the control system, the operation is simple, with touch screen control. The customer has multiple machines, and after the transformation is completed, they can quickly copy the mold and product parameters to other similar machines with one click. Operational advantage: Extend machine lifespan (over 10 years).
